Intercompany Reconciliation Specialist

Description:

· Analyze intercompany balances and transactions to ensure accuracy.

· Prepare reports on intercompany activity and balances for management review.

· Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

· Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reconciliations.

· Identify and resolve discrepancies in intercompany accounts.

· Ensure all intercompany transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements in the reconciliation process.

· Implement best practices and standardize intercompany reconciliation procedures.

· Collaborate with other departments to streamline intercompany transaction processes.

· Provide training and support to other finance team members on intercompany reconciliation processes.

Experience/Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

· Experience in a multinational company is preferred.

· Fluent English is required.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and intercompany transactions.

· Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with complex formulas and large database.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
