Job Purpose

To efficiently and effectively manage the assembly operations to ensure that products are assembled correctly, meet quality standards, and are produced within specified timelines. Link it to the study plan: https://shre.ink/Operations

Job Responsibilities

Manage Human and Material resources (Balancing, Assembly, Test Laboratory and Painting), to comply with the daily assembly production program.

Coordinate with the PM'S the daily assembly plan, to have communication about the status of the pumps Attend in conjunction with the quality area customer complaints, to resolve them in a timely manner.

Ensure that the metric of equipment assembled per day is met to meet deliveries on time.

Ensure proven equipment metrics are met to meet on-time deliveries Ensure that assemblies are made according to the Work Instructions to avoid generating defects and comply with IT'S times.

Ensure projects meet customer requirements to avoid delivery delays.

Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Conduct functional tests or perform initial troubleshooting to identify and rectify any assembly issues or malfunctions.
