Long Description

 

As a LATAM Recruiting Specialist in Ruhrpumpen, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for strategic, associates and mid-manager sales and manufacturing positions located in different location in LATAM. You will have the opportunity to manage full cycle global talent acquisition needs.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and hiring for sales and manufacturing roles across Latin America, with occasional support in North America and other regions.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offers, and onboarding.

  • Enhance recruiting processes, databases, and networks; explore automation and AI opportunities.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.

  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders including managers, candidates, HR, and external search firms.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

  • Fluent English; Portuguese preferred

  • 4+ years recruiting experience, ideally regional/global

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Self-motivated; reports remotely to Manager in Mexico

  • Experience sourcing Sales roles

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, ATS; SAP SuccessFactors a plus

  • Experience with international hiring managers
