Job Purpose

Direct and Control the proper functioning of the Corporate Controllership Area according to the Laws, Financial, Fiscal ACCOUNTING Standards and the corporate guidelines established for the efficiency of financial operations as well as the appropriate decision-making at the Group level and conflict resolution. Job Responsibilities

Direct and Manage the administration of the general accounting, costs, budgets, taxes and financial analysis of the companies of the Group based on the current Legislation for decision making. Establish and Coordinate Financial Information to provide information that allows all levels of management to exercise control of operations and to provide them with sufficient bases for their planning. Coordinate and Manage Internal Control Systems through the application of standards, procedures, instructions and guidelines to exercise the Safeguarding and surveillance of company assets. Manage and Supervise the consolidation of the Group's Financial Information as well as the economic feasibility studies of the projects to ensure truthful and reliable information to the Administration, supported by the established Internal Control. Establish and Manage the resolution of business conflict issues (Tax, Corporate and Social Charge mainly) to minimize or even eliminate the financial and fiscal impact. Determine and Evaluate the financial and fiscal planning of the Group companies to streamline taxes and eliminate unnecessary costs. Provide and Recommend financial analysis for JV associations, purchases, sales, mergers, spin-offs, business purchases, etc. for decision making. Coordinate and Control, together with managers, the development of short and long-term performance objectives to ensure compliance with the financial goals established by Senior Management for business performance

Requirements

  • English: Advanced (able to communicate effectively via calls and emails).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • Experience: 5–10 years in Cost Accounting, ideally within a multi-company environment.

  • Technical Knowledge:

  • Financial accounting

  • Inventory management & reconciliation

  • Cost analysis (standard vs. actual)

  • COGS, BOMs, overhead allocation, variances

Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities

  • Effective communication

  • Leadership and cross-functional coordination

  • High attention to detail

  • Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

  • Availability: Must be willing to commute to García, N.L. and San Pedro Garza García.
