Purpose:
| The purpose of creating this new position is to help the Global Parts Group analyze commercial, proccess and manufacturing data to help us reach the groups objectives with actionable plans that will impact (OTD,Increase in Sales, Increase in Margin) |
Main Responsibilities
| Gather and consolidate data from Witten, Tulsa and Mexico to report as a single Global Parts Business Unit (Automate repetitive reports when possible to reduce human hours) | ||||||
| Collect Hit Rate Data by component, product type, customer, market, region to analyze, sales rep data, to understand propose our correct pricing levels. | ||||||
| Help us identify potential problems with customers (Look at our track record with them when we get new orders, historical OTD, purchase history) by working with the sales team to understand RP's relatonship with the customer to find areas of opportunity. Generate a historical report based on this information by salesmen to understand each account and generate individual solutions. Understand the potential reach based on the installed base size and historical bookings. | ||||||
| Collect On time Delivery Data by Family and Sub Family of the different Spare Parts we sell to help us identify why aren't we reaching our 90% OTD Target. See OTD by component not as a Business Unit | ||||||
| Value Stream Map our Spare Parts Proccess to be able ot determine and measure our cycle times between the different areas involved. Actionable Items expected | ||||||
| Collect and consolidate installed base data (pump information, drawings, status, etc.) to improve the current database in order to be able to create the QR code plate for spare parts orders and improve overall customer service. | ||||||
| Keep track of open quotes by sales team in order to increase the overall spare parts hit rates. | ||||||
| Analyze historical bookings to understand repetitive customer orders and keep in stock components that are likely to be purchased again. |
