Job Purpose
As a Product Engineer Jr in Rurhpumpen, you will be responsible to contribute to the successful development, improvement, and lifecycle management of products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and consult Bills of Materials (BOM) using BAAN ERP.
- Access and review technical drawings through the Adept document system.
- Analyze and ensure engineering documentation is aligned with project specifications and company standards.
- Support detailing of structural bases, protection elements, and accessory components for pumping systems.
- Use AutoCAD to edit and validate drawings (under supervisor guidance).
- Assist in the development of instrumentation and electrical designs.
- Respond to and help resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Collaborate with procurement, production, suppliers, and quality teams to support product lifecycle activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering Bacherlor's degree or in process.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - all communication, documents, and systems are in English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Inventor, BAAN ERP, and technical documentation systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working with international teams and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
