Finance & Administration Specialist

Purpose

The purpose of this position is to

• Oversee and administer the organization’s Treasury Management System (TMS)

• Manage factoring arrangements and related financing activities

• Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions

• Ensure efficient cash flow management and liquidity monitoring

• Support timely access to short-term financing and funding solutions

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, banking agreements, and internal controls

• Support and contribute to finance-related projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and ad hoc financial initiatives
