Job Purpose

Responsible for visiting customer location for carrying out pump installation and commissioning @ customer site. Responsible for carrying appropriate PPE to the site. Link it to the study plan: https://shre.ink/Operations

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve problems and restore functionality.

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and services according to maintenance schedules and manufacturer guidelines.

Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications and standards.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers on proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.

Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, time spent, and customer interactions, accurately and comprehensively.

Communicate with customers to update them on service status, explain findings, and provide recommendations for additional services or upgrades.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to address complex technical issues and improve product performance and reliability.
