Job Responsibilities

Participate in process mapping, time studies, and workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization or suport day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks, organizing files, and maintaining records as needed.

Assist in analyzing the company's processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or Kaizen events.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, depending of your chosen area, to develop and implement process improvements and solutions.

Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track process metrics, and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes.

Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills in your chosen field.
