Job Purpose

To Design, develop, and test new products and improvements to existing products, working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure products meet customer requirements, industry standards, and company objectives. Link to study plan: https://shre.ink/Operations
 

Job Responsibilities

Support the development of innovative product designs and solutions based on customer needs and market trends.

Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and prototypes.

Use CAD software to design and model new products and components.

Receive supervisor's feedback and make necessary design adjustments.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of product development are aligned and integrated.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to cross-functional teams.

Communicate project status, technical challenges, and solutions to  supervisor.
