Job Purpose

Provide project leadership for all phases of order for new equipment, after market, and rework equipment to meet or exceed the customers contractual, technical, commercial, on-time delivery, and performance requirements within the anticipated profit level for the order. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for planning and forecasting resources needed to maintain Project Management operations while aligning with relevant constraints (e.g. budget, schedule, technical) Total 2. Provides support and assistance to PM�s in course of project planning and detailing including methodological competence in defining and delimiting tasks and measures. Total 3. Delivers reports to management and identifies deviations from schedule and budget and develops contingency plans with PM�s. Total 4. Challenges, evaluates and gives feedback on project proposals and plans submitted by PM�s; holds overview in order to identify potential synergies and further improvement opportunities. Total 5. Develops, and monitors performance metrics and adjusts as necessary Total 6. Checks project proposals and plans for consistency with regard to industry specific processes and resource consumption. Total 7. Supports plan for consistent project management where there may be no procedures or standard methods available. Total 8. Ability to interpret and understand mechanical drawings, process and instrumentation diagrams, as well as electrical schematics Total 9. Participate in direct sales and troubleshooting calls as required by field sales Total 10. Monitor customer needs, changing market conditions, product deficiencies and market opportunities to make recommendations for new products Total
