Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.

Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement through data analysis, root cause analysis, and trend identification.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain, to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.

Facilitate quality improvement projects, kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Establish quality agreements, specifications, and performance metrics with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to resolve quality-related issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, science, or related field.

2.Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or regulatory compliance roles, preferably in a regulated industry.

3.Knowledge of quality management systems applicable to our industry.

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
