Job Purpose

Sales Manager will strategically manage all sales to achieve organizational objectives in more market penetration and to increase customer's database and Manage all regional sales, quotations, tenders and field sales teams and maintain relationships with all and clients to maximize opportunities and efficiencies to ensure business growth. Also accountable for key business performance metrics including sales, people retention, visit compliance, expenses management etc and Achieve goals and objectives through effective leadership of sales supervisors and Sales Associates within the region. Job Responsibilities

1. Set the strategic objectives for the sales Department in accordance with company's strategic goals. 2. Responsible for the generation of new sales in predetermined geographic territories. This challenging and rewarding position will require you to call on designated accounts within a region, manage strategic distributor partners, develop and maintain key relationships with end uses, analyze competitive activity and deliver a sales plan. You will solve problems and create value for our customers, provide solutions that improve productivity, improve quality, decrease costs, and decrease plant down time. You will build relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization: operators, engineering, maintenance, and management, etc. 3. Revising all the strategic objectives of his reporting departments and approve their action plans and follow up on its implementation. 4. Review the organization structure and recommend adjustment needed for better performance in coordination with HR Manager. 5. Establish the sales policies and Procedures Manual. 6. Work out strategies for build up and progress of the Clients Database. 7. Follow up on all reporting departments activities and devise reporting tools for feedback in cases of deviation to take corrective actions. 8. Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary workforce while promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
