Job Purpose

To develop and lead Ruhrpumpen’s Fire Systems business across the United States, managing relationships with distributors and contractors, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s presence in the fire protection market

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities and meet annual sales targets between $2M and $2.5M USD.

  • Manage and grow relationships with key distributors and fire system contractors in the U.S.

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the fire protection segment.

  • Build long-term customer relationships at all levels of the organization (engineering, operations, management).

  • Conduct negotiations, define commercial strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

  • Analyze competitive activity (Peerless, Grundfos, Flowserve, etc.) and report market trends.

  • Represent Ruhrpumpen at industry events and customer meetings across the U.S.

  • Travel extensively throughout the United States to develop business relationships.
