Job Purpose
Provide administrative and operational assistance of the sales department, facilitating the sales an supporting the to achieve organization´s goals.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance with any order-related issues or concerns.
Compile and analyze sales data, generating reports, and providing insights to the sales team and management to help track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Identify areas for process improvement within the sales department and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools, processes, and systems, and offering guidance on best practices for effective sales operations and customer engagement.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring that products are readily available to meet customer demands and sales orders.
