Job Purpose

To apply protective coatings and finishes to Ruhrpumpen's product components, ensuring they meet quality standards, provide corrosion resistance, and maintain aesthetic appeal. Link it to the study plan: https://shre.ink/Operations

Job Responsibilities

Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces of pumps and components to ensure proper paint adhesion.

Remove rust, scale, and old paint using abrasive methods, solvents, and hand or power tools.

Ensure even application, appropriate thickness, and coverage according to specifications.

Inspect painted surfaces for defects, such as runs, sags, and unpainted areas, and make necessary corrections.

Maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
