English Fluency is a must.
Experience in Project Management and/ or Customer Services is required.
Mechanical Engineer is the ideal degree.
Experience in Rotating Machines is a plus.

General characteristics to suceed in this job are:
1) Customer contact all the time, under stressful situations (machine failure and plant stopped).
2) Be organized to manage many cases at same time.
